Powerful and deeply savoury, opening with herbal smoke, orange peel and sea salt over coffee and tobacco. The palate is rich and rounded, bringing dried apricot, date and raisin into tarry peat, white pepper and a measured sherry sweetness. Smoke remains firm but integrated. The finish is long and pungent, leaving liquorice, sea spray, citrus oil and dark roasted notes.
