AboutThe Wild Beer Co.
Wild Beer’s first batches were brewed in a kitchen at Somerset’s Westcombe Dairy in 2012, with three oak barrels and bottles filled by hand. The brewers developed a house culture from a neighbouring cider orchard and experimented with mixed fermentations and locally foraged ingredients.
Barrel ageing and blending remain central to the range, drawing on casks previously used for whisky, sherry, rum, port, tequila and brandy. Wild Beer later became part of Curious Brewery, with the business now based in Ashford, Kent.
