AboutThe View Winery

The View’s southeast Kelowna property has been in the Turton and Ward family for five generations, beginning as an orchard. In the mid-1990s, some apple blocks were replanted with cider apples and wine grapes such as Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Ehrenfelser and Pinotage. Chris Turton and Jennifer Turton-Molgat converted the old apple-packing house, built in 1922, into a winery and cidery in 2006. Pinotage remains a focus alongside Pinot Noir and aromatic white wines.

Wards Ginger Apple Cider

Canadian Cider
$5.99

Apple fruit and all-natural ginger meet in a lively, crisp cider with a measured touch of spice on the finish. The ginger adds freshness and gentle warmth without obscuring the orchard character, keeping the palate bright and balanced. Crafted in Kelowna, it is an easy partner for food. Serve chilled with sushi, roast pork, curry or aged cheddar.

Wards Cherry Apple Cider 6-Pack

Canadian Cider
$13.99

Orchard-grown Montmorency cherries meet traditional Okanagan cider apples in a naturally rose-coloured, fruit-led style. A soft cherry aroma opens the way to crisp apple freshness, gentle tartness and a richer core of ripe red fruit. The balance remains bright and refreshing, with enough structure to keep the finish clean. Serve chilled with barbecue pork, roast duck, charcuterie or dark chocolate.

Wards Original Apple Cider 4 x 473ml

Canadian Cider
$15.49

Estate-grown cider apples from a fifth-generation Kelowna orchard are handpicked, gently pressed and cold fermented for an off-dry, apple-forward style. Crisp orchard fruit leads, with subtle pear and melon notes adding lift to the finish. Light in colour and bright in structure, it offers freshness without losing its traditional character. Serve chilled with barbecue pork ribs, pulled pork, burgers or aged cheddar.
