The Temple Bar Whiskey Company grew out of the Dublin pub whose licence dates to 1840. The Cleary family bought the pub in 1992 and began maturing whiskey in its cellars in 2005. They revived the publican’s tradition of selecting, blending and bottling a house whiskey for the bar. Alongside its Signature Blend, the collection includes older single malts and individual cellar casks.

Irish Whiskey
Light fruit, honey and warm spice open with ripe red berries and plum. The palate is clean and softly sweet, bringing vanilla, orchard fruit and a gentle biscuity note into balance. Bourbon and port cask maturation gives the blend breadth without heaviness. The finish is smooth and lingering, returning to honey, wood, spice and a final touch of citrus.
