Bright citrus and gunpowder tea lead a fresh, rounded gin, with juniper and warm spice building through the palate. Grapefruit, lemon and kaffir lime add lift, while cardamom and the savoury depth of green tea keep the profile composed rather than overtly floral. The finish is clean, gently peppery and persistent. The limited ceramic presentation celebrates the Year of the Dragon, while the spirit retains the familiar Drumshanbo balance. Serve with tonic and grapefruit, or in a crisp Martini.
