That Boutique-y Whisky Company began in September 2012 with four independently bottled whiskies. It selects Scotch and whiskies from around the world, including blends and limited-batch releases. Illustrator Emily Chappell creates the label artwork, weaving stories and clues about the whisky and its origins into her drawings. In 2023, the company added a regular collection alongside its one-off bottlings.
