Tenute Arnaces is a vineyard project in Mortegliano, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, created by Giuseppe Campagnola and Tenute Francesco Righetti. The 25-hectare estate grows Glera and Pinot Grigio in stony alluvial soils, with vine rows running north to south. The vineyards are farmed organically.
For its Prosecco, grapes are picked at night and gently pressed, with cool fermentation followed by a second fermentation in tanks.

Italian Sparkling
Light straw in colour, this fresh and fruity sparkling white carries a fine, persistent stream of bubbles. The palate is soft and rounded, with clean orchard-fruit character and a lively, refreshing finish. Hand-harvested Glera is gently pressed and fermented by the Charmat method to preserve brightness. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or alongside fish, shellfish and light starters.
