Roasted coffee and smooth chocolate meet a clear root-beer note, with measured sweetness keeping the darker flavours in balance. Midnight wheat and Carafa III build the malt frame, while Cluster hops remain restrained. The palate is black, roasted and rounded through the finish. Serve cold with beef stew, meat pies, barbecue, dark chocolate or vanilla ice cream.

Bold and hazy, with pineapple, mango and passion fruit layered over bright citrus and a soft, juicy malt base. The palate is full-flavoured without becoming heavy, balancing tropical sweetness with moderate bitterness and a clean, lightly resinous edge. Serve cold with spicy fried chicken, grilled burgers, tacos or sharp cheddar.
