Golden syrup, cherries and cinnamon set a rich tone, followed by warm berry fruit and creamy vanilla. Sherry oak gives the palate weight, while hazelnut and dried fruit carry through a long, spicy finish. Matured entirely in sherry casks, Batch 002 is bottled without chill filtration and retains its natural colour.
