A lighter, fruit-led expression of baijiu, opening with fresh pineapple, apple and pear over a clean mineral line. Small-batch fermentation and a rice component give the palate a smooth, approachable shape, while the more assertive fermented character associated with the spirit remains restrained. The fruit stays bright through the middle, joined by subtle savoury depth and a gentle warmth. The finish is clean and persistent, with pear, minerality and a quiet echo of fermentation lingering behind.
