Caesar Salad IPA brought together Vancouver’s Superflux and Seattle’s Fast Fashion. Superflux grew out of the Machine Ales project started by Adam Henderson and Matt Kohlen in 2015. Fast Fashion was created by hospitality operator Matt Storm and brewer Brian Strumke, with hop-forward beers and close ties to hop growers at its heart.
Their IPA is dry-hopped with Anchovy and Citra; Fast Fashion helped select and name the Anchovy hop.

Restrained and delicate in its hop expression, with Anchovy and Citra bringing a measured aromatic profile rather than sheer intensity. The dry hop keeps the palate fresh and focused, while the softer character of the Anchovy variety gives the beer an easy, composed shape through the finish. It remains clearly hop-led without becoming coarse. Serve well chilled with roast chicken, grilled vegetables, fish tacos or firm cheese.
