Sundown Beer

Soft and hazy, this pale ale is generously dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic. The aroma leans toward fresh citrus and tropical fruit, while the palate keeps the hop character rounded and accessible rather than sharply bitter. A lively, thirst-quenching finish gives the beer an easy rhythm. Serve well chilled with fish tacos, grilled chicken, spicy noodles, sharp cheddar or casual barbecue.

Pale and gently hazy, with orange peel, coriander and soft wheat notes lifted by a floral hibiscus edge.
