Ripe wild blackberry leads, framed by a clean, classic gin base rather than heavy sweetness. Fresh berry character carries across the palate with gentle juniper structure and a rounded touch of Canadian honey, keeping the profile vivid and balanced. The finish stays bright, lightly dry and distinctly fruit-led. Pour over ice, lengthen with tonic or soda, or use in a Bramble or Pimm’s-style serve where its natural berry depth can remain clear.

Juniper and bright citrus meet a distinct but controlled layer of Islay smoke. The gin first rests in ex-bourbon barrels, building vanilla and rounded oak, before a shorter finish in heavily peated Scotch casks adds maritime peat and depth. Bottling at navy strength preserves the intensity of the cask influence while the underlying London Dry character keeps the palate balanced. Rich, smoky and unusually structured, it can be served neat, with a little water, or in a concise spirit-forward cocktail.
