Stade's Rum

Toasted oak, raisins and stone fruit lead into cigar box, leather and a quiet caramel note. The palate is smooth and layered, bringing tropical fruit, coconut and vanilla together with dark molasses, brown sugar and warming spice. A touch of cinnamon and ginger gives the finish energy, while the fruit remains clear beneath the oak. Serve neat, over a large cube, or in a rum Old Fashioned where its toasted wood, dark sweetness and tropical character can stay in balance.
