Fresh orange and red apple lead a bright, orchard-fruit aroma, warmed by cinnamon and soft vanilla. The palate is fuller than the light nose suggests, layering apple pie, creamy toffee and butterscotch over a smooth malt core. Citrus keeps the sweetness in balance while gentle oak adds definition. The finish is long, rounded and vanilla-led. Serve neat or with a small measure of water alongside shortbread or aged cheddar.

Sweet toffee and dark chocolate lead a layered nose, followed by candied almond and ripe tropical fruit. The palate is creamy and full, bringing chocolate, caramel, gentle cinnamon and candied orange into a long, warming finish. American and Spanish oak maturation adds depth without obscuring the fruit. Enjoy it neat or with a little water.
