Deep amber-orange in colour, this dry rosé shows ripe strawberry, raspberry jam and subtle smoke. The finish is tart and warming. Pinot Noir from clone 777 was grown on the biodynamically farmed estate in East Kelowna. The grapes were whole-cluster pressed and barrel fermented, then remained in barrel until the following March before bottling. The wine contains thirteen percent alcohol and pairs with salmon burgers.

Fragrant honeysuckle, sweet marmalade and concentrated green pear open a generous dessert wine. The palate is velvety and lightly weighted, with fresh acidity giving the natural sweetness clean definition. Honeyed citrus lingers through a refreshing finish, making it a fine match for blue cheese, toasted nuts or restrained fruit desserts.
