Traditional floor-malted grain gives the palate a deep roasted profile, with dark chocolate and coffee at the centre. The character is rich but clearly lager-shaped, keeping the malt detail orderly rather than heavy. A clean line through the palate lets the roast linger without becoming blunt. Serve cool with roast pork, sausages, mushroom dishes, smoked cheese or dense rye bread.
