The Snowden and Corbett families took over Singlefile’s Denmark property in the Great Southern region in 2007. Their first estate vintage was 2008, made from a property whose original Chardonnay vines were planted in 1986. The winery is named for its resident geese, which walk to the lake in single file each evening.
Alongside the estate wines, Singlefile makes wines from sites across all five Great Southern subregions.

Australian Red
Plum, blackberry and violet lead, with pepper and cool-climate spice adding lift. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, carrying juicy dark fruit through fresh acidity and soft, polished tannins. A subtle savoury edge shapes the balanced finish, making it a natural match for grilled lamb, sausages, barbecue or mushroom dishes.
