Seven Terraces 2024 Oaked Chardonnay
New Zealand White
Ripe peach, nectarine and citrus appear with vanilla and subtle spice from oak. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture and fresh acidity. Fermentation takes place in a combination of oak barrels and stainless-steel tanks. Chardonnay from Hawke’s Bay accounts for the entire blend. The wine contains thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and carries Sustainable Winegrowing New Zealand certification.
Seven Terraces 2019 Canterbury Pinot Noir
New Zealand Red
Cherries, raspberries and sweet spice sit with leather, cocoa and notes of forest floor and wet cedar. The palate is juicy and light-bodied, with silky texture, red fruit and earthy flavours. The Pinot Noir comes from a single vineyard in Canterbury, where the winery sits outside Christchurch. Teviotdale Hills provide shelter from Pacific winds, while warm northwesterly winds create a long growing season.
