Settesoli

This Sicilian Chardonnay is mineral and fragrant, with a straw-yellow colour and golden reflections. Apricot, orange blossom and grapefruit shape the profile. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by ageing in steel and at least three months in bottle. Alcohol is 13 percent. The wine is vegan and works with spaghetti and clams, fish couscous or cuttlefish-ink pasta.
