San Polo

Earthy and composed, with crushed plum, ripe red cherry and black fruit framed by savoury spice, dried herbs, licorice and a light smoky note. The palate is round and silky, supported by fine, powdery tannins and a classically dry finish. Organically grown and built for the table, it suits braised beef, roast lamb, porcini or aged pecorino.
