Saget La Perrière
AboutSaget La Perrière
Jean-Louis and Marie-Claire Saget built Saget La Perrière on their family’s generations of winegrowing in Pouilly-sur-Loire. Their sons Arnaud and Laurent now lead the Loire wine house, working with specialist teams across the region. At La Perrière, a natural cave in Verdigny-en-Sancerre serves as a cellar for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
Saget La Perrière 2022 La Petite Perrière Sauvignon Blanc
French White
Ripe yellow fruit and exotic fruit appear in the aroma, while the palate is intensely mineral, linear and persistent. Sauvignon Blanc is harvested at dawn to help preserve freshness. Traditional temperature-controlled fermentation is used, and oak ageing is avoided to preserve the fruit aromas. This dry white comes from the Loire and is classified as Vin de France.
Saget La Petite Perrière 2025 Pinot Noir Rosé
French Rosé
Pale and lightly pink in the glass, with a delicate aromatic profile centred on rose petal, grenadine and fresh red berries. The fruit remains clear rather than heavy, allowing the floral note to stay present from the opening through the finish. Its character is restrained and finely drawn, with soft berry detail, gentle perfume and a composed, subtly expressive close.
