AboutRobinsons Brewery x Iron Maiden

Trooper began in 2013 as a collaboration between Iron Maiden and Robinsons Brewery in Stockport. Singer Bruce Dickinson worked directly with Robinsons’ brewers to develop the recipes, and remains involved in the partnership.

Robinsons’ family business dates to 1838, with its first ale brewed at the Unicorn Inn in 1849. From the original English ale, Trooper has grown into a range of permanent and limited releases, including stout.

Robinsons Brewery x Iron Maiden Trooper Fear of the Dark English Stout

British Beer
$4.99

Dark roasted chocolate leads this full-bodied English stout, backed by roasted malt and a smooth, substantial texture. The palate stays rich without becoming elaborate, letting the grain’s deeper cocoa character carry slowly through the finish. Serve cool with roast beef, steak-and-ale pie, aged cheddar, smoked mushrooms, chocolate cake, bread pudding or a traditional Sunday roast.
