AboutRoberto Henríquez
Childhood visits to his uncle’s vineyard in southern Chile led Roberto Henríquez towards a life in wine. He studied agronomy and winemaking, then worked in Canada, France and South Africa before returning to Chile at twenty-nine. After learning traditional pipeño winemaking from local growers, he founded his winery in 2015 with a first production of four hundred bottles.
He works with old, ungrafted vines in Bío Bío and Itata, including País and other traditional varieties grown without irrigation. Some parcels are between one hundred and two hundred and fifty years old.

Chilean White
Floral spice and ripe citrus lead a savoury, lightly textured white with pineapple, cucumber and a faint meaty note. Equal parts Moscatel, Chasselas and Semillon are fermented separately, with skin contact adding granular grip and depth. The palate stays light, dry and balanced, finishing with green pepper, broth-like complexity and clean mineral austerity. Serve with shellfish, ceviche or roast vegetables.
