AboutRedstone Winery

Moray Tawse bought the former Thomas and Vaughan property in Niagara in 2009, initially intending its grapes for Tawse Winery. After the first wines in 2010, he established Redstone as a separate winery. Jessica Otting has led winemaking since 2020, following harvest work in Australia and Canada.

The organically farmed estate vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore grows Bordeaux varieties and Syrah on red clay. Limestone Vineyard, shared with Tawse on the Twenty Mile Bench, adds Chardonnay and Pinot Noir planted in 1999 on clay loam over limestone.
