Redbreast

Berry fruit and aromatic oils lead the nose, with dried fruit, caramel and toasted wood adding depth. The palate is full and composed, bringing stone fruit and fresh orchard fruit together with baking spice and a gentle nutty richness. Maturation in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks gives the whiskey both sweetness and structure, while the pot-still character keeps the texture lively. The finish is long and sophisticated, carrying spice, fruit and polished oak. Serve neat or add water gradually.

Fresh tropical fruit, nuts and rich dried fruit form an abundant, layered aroma. The palate is silky and generous, combining soft vanilla, toasted oak and sherry-like nuttiness with fleshy fruit and a measured dusting of spice. Maturation in American bourbon barrels and first-fill Spanish Oloroso sherry butts builds depth while preserving freshness. The finish is exceptionally persistent, with oak, spice and barley lingering together.
