Light pink colour accompanies crisp watermelon, citrus and raspberry. Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah form the blend. The dry rosé comes from Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. Suggested pairings include salads, seafood, white meats and mild cheeses. Roger Ravoire founded the family company, and his son Olivier later joined the business. Production facilities are based in Salon de Provence.
