Smooth and juicy, this collaborative hazy IPA layers a Pilsner-and-oat malt base beneath generous additions of Ariana and Comet hops. A further dry hop with Comet and Sabro adds aromatic breadth while keeping the bitterness subtle and controlled. The palate has a soft, rounded flow, finishing fresh rather than aggressive. Serve well chilled with spicy fried chicken, fish tacos, grilled pork or mature cheddar.
