Poli Distillerie began in Schiavon, Veneto, in 1898, when GioBatta Poli worked with a small mobile still mounted on a cart. Jacopo Poli and his siblings are the fourth generation of the family to run the distillery.
Copper stills and batch-by-batch steam distillation remain central to its work. Fresh raw materials are a priority, sourced from nearby vineyards as well as selected wine estates farther afield. Alongside grappa, the range includes wine and grape distillates, gin, whisky, vermouth, bitters and liqueurs.

Red-orange zest leads an intense, citrus-driven aroma, framed by gentian, liquorice root and warming spice. The palate is firm and bittersweet, with natural peel oils bringing brightness while bitter herbs add depth and grip. A measured sweetness rounds the texture without blunting its aperitif character. The finish is long, herbal and clean. Serve over ice with orange peel, lengthen with soda, or use in a Negroni-style cocktail.

Italian Marc & Grappa
Elegant fruit and herbal aromas lead a finely structured profile, with polished oak bringing toast and vanilla into focus. The palate is dry, complex and composed, layering grape skin, subtle spice and savoury warmth over a firm core. Cocoa, coffee and liquorice add darker depth. The finish is persistent and refined, returning to vanilla, herbs and gently roasted notes.
