Podere Pradarolo

Ruby in colour with violet tones, the wine offers persistent fruit, pronounced acidity and evident tannins. It is made entirely from organically grown Barbera on clay-loam soils with active limestone. Maceration lasts about ninety days with native yeasts and no sulphur. The wine spends fifteen months in large oak, followed by at least six months in bottle, and is bottled without filtration or stabilization.
