The finish is long and polished, retaining freshness beneath the wine’s generous texture.

Violet, lavender and clove lead a bright, finely drawn nose, with cherry and raspberry adding pure fruit. The palate is lithe and energetic, balancing ripe depth with fresh acidity and ultra-fine tannins. Persistent rather than heavy, it carries floral and herbal detail through the finish. Serve with roast poultry, pork, mushroom dishes or rosemary-scented lamb.
