Italian Red
Sour cherry and wild strawberry lead, with violet, vanilla and cracked pepper adding lift. Fleshy and smooth on entry, the palate gains savoury definition from rhubarb, iron and a light earthy note. Fresh acidity keeps the fruit clear while fine, measured tannins carry the wine through a composed, gently spicy finish.
Planeta 2023 Rosé Sicilia DOC
Italian Rosé
Pearl-pink colour recalls the inside of an oyster. Pastry notes, currants and Sicilian wild strawberries join plum and pineapple. The palate is smooth, with gently stated acidity. The blend is equal parts Nero d’Avola and Syrah. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by time on the fine lees with weekly stirring. The wine is certified organic and carries SOStain certification.
Planeta 2020 Terebinto Grillo
Italian White
Straw-yellow in colour, this Grillo offers white melon, loquat, apricot, pineapple and beeswax. The palate is fresh and vibrant, with 13.5 percent alcohol. The grapes come from Gurra vineyard at Menfi in Sicily. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. The vines grow on clay and limestone, and harvesting occurs during the first week of September. The wine is made entirely from Grillo.

Italian Sparkling
Delicate flowers and bright citrus rise through refined, persistent bubbles. The palate is soft yet mineral, with lemon and passion fruit carried by a fresh, finely textured mousse. Mediterranean herbs shape the finish, adding savoury definition to the generous fruit, volcanic drive, length and clarity.
