AboutDominio de Pingus

Dominio de Pingus is the Ribera del Duero estate of Danish-born oenologist Peter Sisseck, who made his first wine under the name in 1995. He trained in Bordeaux and California before working in Ribera del Duero.

Old Tinto Fino vines and biodynamic principles are central to his vineyard work. In 2007, Sisseck began PSI with Pablo Rubio, working with growers who tend old Tinto Fino vineyards across the appellation.
