Aromatic wood smoke opens the nose, followed by green fruit, lemon zest and a clear thread of roasted agave. The palate is smooth and lively, with kiwi, citrus and dried peppercorn balancing the mezcal's gentle sweetness. Traditional stone-pit cooking and small-scale production bring earthy depth without making the smoke heavy. A subtle mineral note keeps the finish fresh, leaving soft smoke, pepper and ripe agave behind. Particularly well suited to citrus-led mezcal cocktails or a simple neat pour.
