Vancouver breweries Parallel 49 and BREWHALL teamed up to make Ch-Ch-Cherry Cola Sour. Parallel 49 opened in 2012, while BREWHALL combines a brewery with a beer hall focused on local taps. For their cola-inspired sour, kola nut, cinnamon, star anise and orange peel went into the kettle; vanilla and cherry juice completed the recipe.
