Pamplemousse Jus 2023 Pinot Pinot Traditional Method
Canadian Sparkling
Bright and expressive, with Granny Smith apple, fresh pineapple and key lime joined by raspberry, peach and clover. Fine bubbles bring lift, while savoury brioche adds depth to the crisp fruit. The palate feels refreshing rather than sweet, with a clean, lightly yeasty finish. Serve well chilled with pastries, smoked salmon, soft cheese or a fruit-led brunch.
Pamplemousse Jus 2025 Rosé
Canadian Rosé
Drawn from Edgewood Vineyard, this British Columbia rosé contains 12.9 percent alcohol. It comes from a Summerland winery run by James Langford-Smith, Jordan Kubek and Tyler Knight. Each partner brought more than a decade of experience across the wine trade, while the team maintains the farm, tends the vineyard and makes the wines at the property.
Pamplemousse Jus 2025 Table White
Canadian White
Floral and fruity, this table white is naturally fermented, unfined and unfiltered. It is made entirely in stainless steel and presents a round profile. The fruit comes from Summerland, British Columbia. The winery is run by three partners with more than a decade of experience across the wine trade, and its farm, vineyard and cellar work are handled within the team.
Pamplemousse Jus 2024 Fortified
Canadian Fortified
Castel and Marquette grapes form the blend. Fortification uses a grape-based spirit from Maple Leaf Distilling, and the wine ages for one year. Gentle oxidative character accompanies dried cranberries, raisins and subtle spice. Production totalled 570 bottles. This first fortified release comes from a small independent natural winery in Summerland, British Columbia, established by a group of friends.
Pamplemousse Jus 2025 Léon Millot
Canadian Red
Dark cherry and plum lead a juicy, generous nose, with woodsy spice adding depth. The palate is rich and round but still energetic, carrying ripe fruit with a lightly wild, savoury edge. A gentle sparkle keeps the texture lively, while the spicy dark-fruit character lingers through a vibrant finish.
Pamplemousse Jus 2023 Co-Ferment
Canadian Red
Bright floral notes lead into crunchy raspberry, with a crisp, dry finish keeping the wine light on its feet. Equal parts Léon Millot and Gewürztraminer were spontaneously fermented on their skins, then aged in neutral barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is vivid, savoury and refreshing, best served lightly chilled alongside relaxed, flavourful food.
