Padro & Co Rojo Amargo
A full-bodied red vermouth with fresh orange, tobacco, cinchona bark and honeyed caramel. The palate is round and intense, balancing sweetness with the bitterness of aromatic herbs and the depth gained from barrel ageing. Smooth and persistent through the finish, it is best served well chilled, over ice with citrus, or in a spirit-forward cocktail.
Padro & Co Rojo
A deep, complex red with dried cherry, carob, licorice and cocoa, joined by Mediterranean herbs, olive and eucalyptus. The palate is rich and smooth, balancing sweetness with vibrant freshness, while dark spice, fennel and toasted notes build through the finish. Persistent and layered, it closes with molasses, cacao and a measured herbal bitterness.
