The Lancelot-Royer family established its Champagne house in Cramant in 1960, when Pierre Lancelot and Françoise Royer joined their names and vineyards. Their daughter Sylvie and her husband Michel took responsibility in 1996, followed in 2023 by grandson Édouard and his wife Marie. The family now tends five hectares divided among 28 parcels in six villages, including four classified as Grand Cru.
The house focuses on Chardonnay and Blanc de Blancs Champagne. Beneath Cramant, it has roughly 300 metres of chalk cellars, nine metres underground.

French Sparkling
Toasted apple, honeysuckle and white flowers rise over warm brioche. The palate is smooth and mature, with generous orchard fruit held taut by vivid tension and clean mineral cut. Extended lees ageing brings depth without dulling the energy, carrying the fine mousse into a long, silky and composed finish.
