Omnipollo was founded in 2010 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin, and works with breweries around the world. Camba Bavaria began in 2008 under Markus Lohner and moved to its present Seeon home in 2016.
Their joint lager is brewed at Camba in Germany. It uses a decoction mash, Balder malt and Warrior, Hallertauer and Tettnanger hops.

A decoction mash and custom-malted Balder barley give this Bavarian-style Helles a full, carefully structured malt base. Warrior, Hallertauer and Tettnanger hops bring measured herbal and floral definition without overwhelming the grain. The palate remains traditional, rounded and balanced through a clean lager finish. Serve cold with roast chicken, grilled sausages, schnitzel, pretzels, mild cheese or herb-led vegetable dishes.
