Okanagan Spirits

Dark chocolate, glazed cherry and ripe fig lead a concentrated nose, with caramel and vanilla adding sweetness. The palate is full and powerful, layering chocolate-malted grain with toasted oak and dark fruit. Cask strength gives the whisky weight, but the ripe fruit and caramel keep it composed rather than blunt. The finish is long and evolving, carrying cocoa, cherry, vanilla and deep oak. Serve neat first, then add a few drops of water to open the sweeter notes.
