Nemiroff takes its name from Nemyriv, the Ukrainian town where its modern distillery was established in 1992. The town’s vodka-making history reaches further back: wheat vodka was recorded there in 1797, followed by the original distillery in 1872. In 2020, Nemiroff acquired the nearby Nemyriv spirit-production and storage complex.

Clean and crisp, opening with subtle apple, lemon peel and fresh mint over a restrained grain character. The palate is smooth and neutral, with a light citrus lift and faint peppery warmth carrying through the dry finish. Serve well chilled, over ice, or as a polished base for a Martini or highball.
