AboutNardini Distillery

Bortolo Nardini established his distillery in Bassano del Grappa in 1779, beside the town’s wooden bridge. The business remains family-owned, with the seventh generation continuing its grappa-making tradition.

Nardini adopted steam distillation in the nineteenth century and vacuum distillation in the twentieth. Its original bridge-side grapperia is joined by the Bolle production and visitor complex, designed for the family in the early 2000s.

Clean floral and fruit aromas rise from a clear, crystalline spirit, opening with a direct and generous character. A combination of pot-still, bain-marie and column distillation gives this classic grappa both presence and clarity. Serve at room temperature after a meal, or use a measured pour in a spirit-forward cocktail.
