Moody Ales

Bright and botanical, this gruit-style sour trades conventional hop emphasis for lavender and a clean, lemonade-like tartness. A generous floral aroma leads into herbal-sweet lavender, light spice and a dry finish. Co-fermentation with ale yeast and lactobacillus gives the palate a precise, refreshing shape.
