The palate is bone dry and lightly sparkling, its vivid acidity carrying savoury red fruit over a distinctly saline core. A bitter quinine edge gives the energetic, unconventional finish impressive definition.

White melon and tart tangerine open with almond, white flowers and savoury herbs. The palate is brisk and lightly fizzy, with crisp citrus and cool yellow fruit held by a firm mineral line. White pepper and sea-salt freshness sharpen the bone-dry, lively and gently astringent finish.
