The palate is pale, light-bodied and easy-drinking, bringing gentle fig and red-apple flavours over a crisp grain core. Soft malt sweetness is balanced by restrained hop bitterness. The finish is brisk, dry and refreshingly clean. Serve well chilled with fried fish or spicy tacos.
