Sweet red fruit, wild rose and blood orange lead, with grilled herbs and subtle oak adding depth. The palate enters smoothly but quickly reveals a firm, linear structure, fine tannins and the freshness expected of a youthful Barolo. Long and poised, it will reward air and pairs especially well with braised beef, truffle dishes or aged hard cheeses.
