Masia de la Roqua is Jot Camps’s family estate in the Massís del Garraf, between Barcelona and Sitges. The farmhouse dates to 1164, with a cellar documented in 1549 and written evidence of winegrowing by 1678.
The farm combines vineyards with olive trees, fruit trees, woodland and other crops. Camps farms organically on limestone-rich ground and works chiefly with local varieties suited to this dry coastal terrain.

Citrus, floral and white-fruit notes are present in a fresh profile with good acidity. Macabeo comes from two small parcels known as dels Molats, rooted in limestone under a Mediterranean climate. Fermentation begins spontaneously without temperature control. Bâtonnage occurs near the end of fermentation, and the wine undergoes malolactic conversion. The wine contains nine percent alcohol and is made without additives.
