AboutMaison Ferrand

Alexandre Gabriel founded Maison Ferrand in the Cognac region in 1989, reviving the Ferrand Cognac house. Independent and family owned, the company has its own Grande Champagne vineyards and cellars around Château de Bonbonnet. Its work includes restoring historic stills and cellars for use in production.

Alongside Cognac, the house makes French gin, Caribbean rum and citrus liqueurs. It owns West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados and co-owns National Rums of Jamaica.

Ferrand Yuzu Late Harvest Dry Curaçao

French Spirits
$84.99

Fragrant yuzu and mandarin lead the aroma, followed by vanilla, marzipan and a delicate floral note. The palate is rich and rounded, balancing sweet and sour citrus with candied depth, gentle spice and a lightly herbal edge. The finish remains bright despite the liqueur’s pastry-like richness. Enjoy over ice, or use a measured pour in a Margarita, Sidecar or highball where the vivid citrus can remain clearly defined.

Citadelle Jardin d’Été Gin

French Gin
$45.99

Juicy Charentais melon brings a rounded fruit core, lifted by whole lemon, yuzu and orange zest. The palate is fresh and balanced, with bright citrus giving the gin energy while ripe melon softens the sharper edges. Juniper remains present beneath the fruit, and a light fennel note adds quiet aromatic detail. The finish is long, clean and refreshing. Serve with tonic and a lemon twist, or use in a bright Martini where the citrus and melon can remain clearly defined.

Planteray Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum

Barbadian Rum
$59.99

Ripe pineapple and citrus peel lead a rich, aromatic profile, layered with vanilla, clove and warm baking spice. Victoria pineapple rind is infused and redistilled with white rum, while the fruit is separately macerated in dark rum before the components are blended. The result is concentrated but not confectionery, with grilled pineapple, caramelized sugar, oak and pepper giving the palate depth. The finish is long, spicy and tropical. Use in a Daiquiri, Mai Tai or a restrained rum Old Fashioned.

Planteray 3 Stars White Rum 750 mL

Barbadian Rum
$66.99

Barbados brings richness and balance, Trinidad adds finesse, and Jamaica contributes firmer structure to this three-island white-rum blend. A range of fermentation and distillation methods gives the palate freshness and complexity while keeping the profile composed. Each origin remains distinct within the blend: richness, finesse and emphatic structure combine in a fresh, balanced style principally shaped for cocktails.
