Made using the producer's traditional cider process, serve it well chilled or over ice with pork, creamy cheese, salads or spicy dishes.

Seventeen apple varieties shape a rounded, full-bodied cider with generous orchard fruit and a clean, lively feel. Extended maturation of up to eighteen months brings the flavours together, balancing juicy apple character with gentle citrus lift, measured sweetness and refreshing acidity. Fine carbonation keeps the finish bright and easy-moving. Serve well chilled with fish and chips, roast pork, sausages or mature cheddar.
