Lough Gill Distillery

Fresh linen, pencil shavings, sandalwood and cedar give the aroma a dry, quietly polished opening. The palate turns richer, bringing mince pie, caramel and dark sweetness into warming oak and gentle spice. The texture is full without becoming heavy. Pepper builds toward the finish, joined by cigar box, seasoned wood and a lingering echo of caramel.

Vanilla, caramelized apple and orange oil open the aroma, followed by dried fruit and dark chocolate. The palate is rich and silky, bringing raisins, prunes and clove into salted caramel and warming spice. Sweetness is generous but balanced by depth and structure. The finish lingers on mocha, jammy cherry, vanilla and a measured trace of oak.
